9月24－25日，由 IEEE Communications Society、 IEEE Engineering Management Society和國家自然基金委等單位主辦，武漢大學(xué)承辦的International Conference on Engineering Management, Services Management and Knowledge Management (EMS 2007) 在上海召開。來自20余個(gè)國家的300多名學(xué)者參加了會(huì)議，交流了當(dāng)前工程管理、服務(wù)管理與知識(shí)管理領(lǐng)域的最新進(jìn)展，討論了相關(guān)的熱點(diǎn)問題。

我校管文學(xué)院趙文會(huì)博士應(yīng)邀參加了會(huì)議，作了題為“Analysis of the Effects of the Initial Emission Permits Allocation on Market Power”的學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告，引起了與會(huì)學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注，她介紹了我國排污權(quán)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展情況，并回答了有關(guān)專家提出的問題。報(bào)告論文已入選本次年會(huì)論文集，并將被IEEE Xplore和EI全文檢索。
